Products & Handmade Nature

All of our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans in Morocco. Because of this, each item is unique and may feature slight variations in colour, size, shape, texture, or finish. These natural imperfections are part of the character and charm of handmade goods and should not be considered faults.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the item you receive.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; however, you will always be charged the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment

We accept secure online payments via major debit and credit cards and other approved payment providers shown at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information where applicable. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Please note:

Handmade items may include natural variations and are not considered faults
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected

We do not accept returns on personalised, used, or sale items unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Care Instructions

Some items (including handmade mugs and ceramics) are not dishwasher safe unless stated otherwise. Care instructions are provided with product listings where applicable. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect care or misuse.
